🌺And on the seventh day God ended His work which He had done, and He rested on the seventh day from all His work which He had done.

GOD’S REST IS #SACRED !
🌺Then God blessed the seventh day and sanctified it, because in it He rested from all His work which God had created and made.

GOD’S REST BRINGS #SAFETY !
🌺Then the ark rested in the seventh month, the seventeenth day of the month, on the mountains of Ararat.

GOD’S REST BRINGS #PEACE !
🌺Now it came to pass when the king was dwelling in his house, and the LORD had given him rest from all his enemies all around, that the king said to Nathan the prophet, “See now, I dwell in a house of cedar, but the ark of God dwells inside tent curtains.” Then Nathan said to the king, “Go, do all that is in your heart, for the LORD is with you.”

🌺If you are reproached for the name of Christ, blessed are you, for the Spirit of glory and of God rests upon you.

JESUS GIVES TRUE #REST !
🌺Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.”

REST IS A #REWARD FOR THE SAINTS OF GOD!
🌺And the smoke of their torment ascends forever and ever; and they have ~no rest~ day or night, who worship the beast and his image, and whoever receives the mark of his name.” Here is the patience of the saints; here are those who keep the commandments of God and the faith of Jesus. Then I heard a voice from heaven saying to me, “Write: ‘Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord from now on.’ ” “Yes,” says the Spirit, “that they may rest from their labors, and their works follow them.”
