I PRAY THAT YOU…

I pray that God sends his angels to shield you and shepherd you as you go about your day. I pray He covers you with His unfailing mercy and love, and that you continually feel His presence and take comfort from it. Amen.

As we entrust ourselves to the Lord, we are reminded of His unwavering commitment to our well-being. “For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways.” – Psalm 91:11

Just as Jesus taught us to pray, “Give us this day our daily bread” (Matthew 6:11), we are invited to bring our needs, our fears, and our gratitude to the Father, trusting in His provision and care. Like the apostle Paul, we can declare, “I know whom I have believed, and am persuaded that he is able to keep that which I have committed unto him against that day.” (2 Timothy 1:12)

As David, the psalmist, we can seek refuge in God’s presence, saying, “The Lord is my rock, my fortress and my deliverer; my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge.” (Psalm 18:2) We are reminded that “The Lord will keep thee from all evil: he will preserve thy soul.” – Psalm 121:7

Jesus Himself assured us, “I am with you always, even unto the end of the world.” (Matthew 28:20) This promise fills our hearts with hope and comfort, reminding us that we are never alone.

In times of uncertainty, we can echo the words of Isaiah, “When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze.” – Isaiah 43:2

“For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.” – Romans 8:38-39

May this prayer and these verses envelop you in the warmth of God’s unfailing mercy and love. May you feel His presence with you every step of the day, guiding you, comforting you, and empowering you to shine His light in the world.

“May the Lord bless you and keep you; may the Lord make his face shine upon you and be gracious to you; may the Lord turn his face toward you and give you peace.” – Numbers 6:24-26

Amen.
