God Is a Great God and of course there is no one to compare with Him. He Is  Majestic. God Is Supreme and All Powerful .
He Is just too good! He’s too much Awesome to be described by mortal being.  We only try to but God Is all in All. God Is Omnipresent and it’s good to have that connection with Him!
Oh Yes God Is Real, do you have a connection with Him?

See, there is this day which I will live to remember! It was one fine Monday morning and I was rushing to college. I was running late for my two hour class so I really needed to save every second I had!
Via public transport, I was able to reach town, and the next thing I was literally running towards the building where I was attending my classes and again to save time I thought it wise instead of the stairs I’d rather use the elevator.
Yes the thought was a bit scary for me as usual, you know… all me … by myself in that elevator all alone and I have to go to fifth floor… Strange voices were looking to intimidate me in that elevator and on my other faithfilled ear the sweet voice of Jesus was speaking the I love you Christine Stella Kimaita  language that I am used to. I could almost hear Jesus telling me ..’…the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for the Father is seeking such to worship Him. God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.” I embraced the connection of God’s presence and spoke to myself reminiscently remembering that God will never leave me nor forsake me. God is so loving and I have always taught my heart to believe that My God will just never leave me.. This may sound off but one thing I’m sure is that I chose to embrace His presence deep inside of me while I was alone in that elevator.
.. was…. a bit nervous to the core to be honest with physically standing all alone in a public elevator on an early Monday morning I must say!
If you can dare see the practicality of the whole scenario, you’d understand where I’m going with all these!
And as if that was not shaking me  enough, suddenly the elevator stopped on floor number two doors opened. I was sure that I had pressed the buttons well. So why had the elevator stopped on the second floor and this was not my destination? While I am busy contemplating all that, as soon as the elevator stopped than the doors started opening gradually then there I was standing inside the elevator again shaking to a some unknown sickness in utter shock and disbelief at what I saw. I saw a young man holding a very long hosepipe against his chest standing near the elevator door and without speaking a word to me, he entered the elevator.
Funny enough  I don’t remember seeing him press the elevator because I was somehow eager to know what floor he was heading to! Was he going to fourth floor? Was the elevator going to suddenly stop again? Remember I was running really really late!!! Lucky enough the elevator again closed immediately and I was briefly relieved to see it was proceeding to my destination.
When I realized that I was overreacting to nothing really, I decided to stay calm all the while till I arrived at fifth floor. I quickly stepped out of the elevator without looking behind and I started walking hurriedly towards class room feeling happy suddenly sighing softly as I reminded myself God has not given me a spirit of fear but of. …….power love and of a sound mind …”
Yeah. ..then just when I was about to enter the class, as I stretched my hand to knock at the door that’s when I remembered again I needed to powder my nose. I just had to! My reflection on the glass door showed me how sweaty my nose and chin were. I can’t emphasize how annoying a a sweaty nose can be to any elegant lady! And this being a tradition for many  women, me included I just had to visit the powder room before attending my class.
To the ladies room it was and I headed there.
Hardly had I hang  my handbag on the wall when the lights went off! !! Bang! !!
Beloved friends let me tell you something. This incident upto date I have never known what really happened but believe you me I remember rushing outside the toilet leaving my bag behind and instead of going to class I ran downstairs to the reception. This time I had strength for the stairs because I felt had enough elevator drama for the day!
Luckily I reached the reception desk safely and I related my ordeal to the dot.
Our school receptionist was so helpful and she immediately notified the abled security details who swiftly came to check out the toilet.
Sadly they were all shocked at what they saw!!!!
The lights were ok. My bag was ok. In fact nobody was in the ladies room. They even decided to do another thorough round check round that entire floor just to convince me all was well. As if I was dreaming, it was discovered that the wash rooms had not been used since the cleaner did her work the morning of that fateful day.
When they finished their investigation, the security details seemed to be unhappy with me and as they released me to attend my classes they gave their final gaze at me like, “young girl, are you ok?”

‘..God is light and in Him is no darkness at all. If we say that we have fellowship with Him, and walk in darkness, we lie and do not practice the truth. But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin. If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. If we say that we have not sinned, we make Him a liar, and His word is not in us.’

Well,  beloved friend to cut story short, today I’m engaging this with you to let you know God Is real!!!
Yes it’s true that I have no tangible evidence to prove that on that fateful day some evil was targeted at me but this indeed took place!
When I woke up that Monday morning, before getting ready for class, after praying, I sat on my bed for a moment of disbelief as I took my time to review what the dream was all about!~
In fact I immediately knew that there some stories which are truly birthed out of prayer and there are others which are birthed out just to make you pray!!
All these horrible ordeals didn’t really occur!

‘Behold what manner of love the Father has bestowed on us, that we should be called children of God! Therefore the world does not know us, because it did not know Him. Beloved, now we are children of God; and it has not yet been revealed what we shall be, but we know that when He is revealed, we shall be like Him, for we shall see Him as He is. And everyone who has this hope in Him purifies himself, just as He is pure.’

However I’d urge you to read the above verse again and again and read it for the second time.

Thank God I was left with a testimony that yea though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death (My God ) I will fear no evil.
For You Are with me.

P.S..  Remember the elevator incident with the strange man who was holding the hosepipe?
Well, while I was rushing down stairs I saw the same  hosepipe dropped a few steps away from the ladies room and I immediately knew that while I stepped into that toilet room I was not alone.

The wisdom to catch from an enemy within is to learn how to tell a betrayer friend from a loyal one!
Learn the difference between betrayals and loyalties!
A loyal friend will literally take the bullet on your behalf or so to say they can always help you carry your pain!
A betrayer friend on the other hand will lack the required strength to literally take the bullet for you and they always can’t wait to get rid of you at the slightest chance they are presented with!

Here’s some encouraging thought!!!

Jesus our good Shepherd actively seeks for the lost sheep…remember the parable of the lost sheep?
So He spoke this parable to them, saying: “What man of you, having a hundred sheep, if he loses one of them, does not leave the ninety-nine in the wilderness, and go after the one which is lost until he finds it? And when he has found it, he lays it on his shoulders, rejoicing. And when he comes home, he calls together his friends and neighbors, saying to them, ‘Rejoice with me, for I have found my sheep which was lost!’ I say to you that likewise there will be more joy in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine just persons who need no repentance.

The shepherd left the entire herd and went seeking for one lost sheep! Jesus Christ came to seek and to save that which was lost. When I read this word *save* I am reminded of the time when you want to save a file or document for storage and future reference. When you click the *save* command in computer operations, it means that the file to be *saved* is of importance and to be used again.

Jesus came to seek and to *save*  to redeem you, to restore you, to deliver you, to revive you (to save you and me from destruction and eternal damnation)
not just so we could be as His stored treasure or that we be seen set up in a corner somewhere as His trophies, ..no .. but because He has plans for you, for me..
Jeremiah 29:11  For I know the plans I think towards you, “says The LORD “plans of peace and not of evil to give you hope and a future.”

The Lord wants you to know about the kind of plans He has for you because “outside of His plans, you are bound to fall into plans “that lack peace” and “plans that are evil” and “plans that have no hope” and definitely “plans that lack a future” or “plans with no expected end.”
He beckons you to allow Him to do what He’s good at, which is to seek you and *save* you !
He amazingly cares for his own sheep. Cast your cares upon The Lord, for He cares for you.

Jesus is our Savior!!!
And behold, a woman of Canaan came from that region and cried out to Him, saying, “Have mercy on me, O Lord, Son of David! My daughter is severely demon-possessed.” But He answered her not a word. And His disciples came and urged Him, saying, “Send her away, for she cries out after us.” But He answered and said, “I was not sent except to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.”
Jeremiah 50:6-7 reveals the heart of God over His people… “My people have been lost sheep. Their shepherds have led them astray; They have turned them away on the mountains. They have gone from mountain to hill; They have forgotten their resting place.
All who found them have devoured them; And their adversaries said, ‘We have not offended, Because they have sinned against the LORD, the habitation of justice, The LORD, the hope of their fathers.’

Can you hear Jesus calling? ..and yes He is calling your name!
Father God I have gone astray like a lost sheep; Seek Your servant, For I do not forget Your commandments.

According to Isaiah 54.13 our children shall be taught by the LORD.

It is good to believe in God and pray for your child’s school. Let’s pray.
Father even as the situation seems hopeless right now, (parents hopelessly worried about how to raise school fees and other payments, students being sent home every now and then for various reasons, school incendiary fires, mysterious accidents involving schools and students, teachers on strike.. ).
Father, we stand in agreement together with the many who are on knees this very moment. Where two or three are gathered in Your name, Your are there in their midst. Lord You are here!
We bow our knees to intercede for all research and development centers for professional studies, all known institutions of religious learning, known as well as unknown vocational training institutes, every educational complex center and every public varsity or private campus and every higher learning technical institute.
Father God we also remember both junior and senior secondary students and all school going pupils and every kindergarten child.

Father, according to Isaiah 54.13 all your children shall be taught by You LORD.

We hearby release our faith in your word because Your word is truth. Arise in the power of Your word and let Your enemies be scattered.
Father, thank You for the teachers, thank You for tutors and thank You for all trainers and all whom You have anointed in this noble career.
Thank you for Teachers. (Thank You for KNUT, TSC, PTA, MIN. OF EDU. & the President.)
Father, together with those praying for this, Lord we believe You can and You will restore sound learning, peace, integrity, wisdom in our schools again.
We plead the Blood of Jesus in every classroom, and every center dedicated for sound learning and as step their feet in these places around and all classrooms again, and because of those You have anointed and trained in this humble career and calling, all students, trainees and all children will continue to understand the good of what they are taught.
Father, our schools will be a center of good and sound education. They will add great joy to the children and all learners and there will always be heard resounding cries of praise from them coming your way yes Lord.

THE GREEN-EYED MONSTER: OVERCOME JEALOUSY by all means!!!!
There is a giant eating people of God in these last days! This giant is eating them in a gradual manner, bit by bit, step by step and progressively. It is wiping people of God by little slow degrees which are in due succession.
Popularly known as green-eyed monster, Jealousy is out and will always rob you of your happiness whenever you cherish it in your heart. It is basically feeling a painful envy towards your opponent or towards a perceived rival to the point of being aggressive and suspiciously intolerant of your rival and at the same time covet after what they have.. and having it by all means!
Genesis 4: 1-8 has a perfect example, a sound lesson and the grievous consequences of cherishing this green-eyed monster called jealousy as a child of God!
Jealousy brings sorrow!
Jealousy brings affliction!
Jealousy is distressing!
Jealousy is hard to bear!
Jealousy is gross!
Jealousy is destructive!
Jealousy is heartrending!

ISOLATION CAN CAUSE GREAT DAMAGE!

(Do not allow your mind to be hostile to God.)

Isolation is defined as being kept apart from others.

To be in isolation or to remain in isolation is to be set apart or to be detached from others physically or socially.

To isolate someone or something physically could also mean to dis-join.  Someone can equally isolate themselves from a group or from  a situation they were previously close together and this could be technically termed as being dissociated, or being in a state of segregation or being in insulation for any given terms and for given reasons.

Isolation has both negative and positive effects. One of the negative effects of physical isolation is that one can end up with a feeling of being disliked or being rejected. 

On the other hand physical isolation can also bring some positive impact precisely when done for reasons bordering a larger productive course like the health matter of a nation or a given community.

When a situation arises and it involves the health matters of a certain group of individuals, all sick individuals who are declared to have contracted a contagious disease or are found to have some infectious terminal illness, for such individuals it is best for them to remain in isolation or better yet such contagious cases should involve 

isolation as one means of managing the situation.

Isolation or Separation Is powerful! (Be careful with it!)

Romans 8: 35 poses rhetorically, “Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword?”

Romans 8: 37,38,39 farther assures us that, “ No, in all these we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

To give this wording our farther study, let us replace the word ‘separate’ with ‘isolate’ and give it one more reading’

Romans 8: 35,37,38,39 “Who shall isolate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword?”

No, in all these we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to isolate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

The writer of Romans in the better verses of chapter 8 expects us to visualize out how in-demand isolation is to the elementary spiritual forces!

He also expects us to realize how brutal the outcome can get wherever isolation is inevitable!

Isolation is so powerful such that it literally attracts the attention of so many elemental spiritual forces of this world, and the way out is to not submit to its rules!

In as much as there is physical separation or isolation, mankind can equally undergo spiritual separation or spiritual isolation from God his Creator.

The sad truth of spiritual separation from God is that it brings spiritual death to the life of a believer.

“For if you live according to the flesh, you will die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the misdeeds of the body, you will live.”

Spiritual separation from God comes as a result of lacking any value in restraining from all sensual indulgences such as self-imposed worship, false humility and all rules based on merely human commands and teachings.

Do not allow your mind to be hostile to God.

“There is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus because through Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit who gives life has set you free from the law of sin and death..”

So why would you want to be separated from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus?

Imagine, the Power of Death and the Power of Life can actually enter into contention just to bring isolation to reality!

Imagine, Angels and Demons can enter into contentions as to who is rightly allowed to bring isolation to happen! Height and Depth are equally interested to partake in bringing isolation wherever needed!

The whole creation of God is literally given the ability to cause isolation or separation to mankind whenever allowed!

Hence the obvious questions emerge,

• Will you give in to Isolation? 
• Will you cave in when separation appears?
• Will you throw in your hard earned towel just to let separation and isolation have its way?

Back to defining how unfortunate man’s life can become once separation from the love of God is permitted, it is important to note that separation or isolation can also cause one to lose his citizenship and end up acquiring the perceptible state of becoming a foreigner in your own nation!

(.. remember that formerly you who are gentiles by birth and called ‘uncircumcised’ by those who call themselves ‘the circumcision’ … remember that at that time you were separate from Christ, excluded from citizenship in Israel and foreigners to the covenants of the promise, without hope and without God in the world. But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far away have been brought near by the blood of Christ. For He Himself is our peace…”

Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace.

“So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers, to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up…

we will grow to become in every respect the mature body of him who is the head, that is, Christ.  From him the whole body, joined and held together by every supporting ligament, grows and builds itself up in love, as each part does its work.”

Isolation is therapeutic.

All in all isolation can be therapeutic depending on how one perceives it. 

It is good and actually healthy for one to decide that once in a while they will detach themselves from all external voices of influence and seek to have some quiet serene moments. 

Just as once in a while to detach physically from the everyday routine like switching off your mobile phone, staying away from that laptop and computer, switching off the Television, turning off the radio and basically staying away from the internet at large is the goodness of isolation and separation, the brutal danger of spiritual separation from God is irrevocable!

“ So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live your lives in Him,  rooted and built up in Him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness.
8 See to it that no one takes you captive through hollow and deceptive philosophy, which depends on human tradition and the elemental spiritual forces of this world rather than on Christ.”

Separate yourself from all distractions especially all physical electric gadgets and electronics and embark in self searching. There is always an evident impact to any human mind once this right kind of separation is done in as much as there is much productivity brought by the use of these gadgets. Woe to anyone whose life is solely wired and tied solely to the internet and electronic gadgets! All these gadgets are good and quit useful yet they are prone to damage and malfunctioning because they are operating under human systems!’

On the other hand as much as you seek for physical isolation and separation from all negativity and all nonproductive lifestyles, always seek to be spiritually attached with your Creator the Living God!

For those who are led by the Spirit of God are the children of God. The Spirit you received does not make you slaves, so that you live in fear again; rather, the Spirit you received brought about your adoption to sonship. And by him we cry, “Abba, Father.” The Spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are God’s children. Now if we are children, then we are heirs —heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ, if indeed we share in his sufferings in order that we may also share in his glory.

By default, all human beings are spiritually separated from God because of sinful nature. However, once one believes in the living Son of God as their Lord and Saviour, and they believe in Him, the power of separation is broken from them and Jesus being the only begotten Son of God gives every believer of Christ this divine opportunity of becoming a child of God, a son of God.

As many as received Him, to them He gave them power to become children of God! Jesus Christ has power over all powers of darkness and over all elementary spiritual forces that could ever separate us from Him as the Love of God. Those who do not love do not know God because God Love and Christ has seen God because He is in The Father and The Father in Him. The love of God is in Christ Jesus.

Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword?

No in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
