JUST TO LET GO OF “CERTAIN PRACTICES!” (Let Sin Fly Out Of your Life!) Every now and then I appreciate the fact that God has given me so many friends. A number of those who are close to me, are from communities which are of different cultures from mine. I have friends from #Pakistan, #Nigeria #Bahrain #India #Philippines #Bahamas #SouthAfrica &even #Kenya ! For instance, there’s this one good Indian friend of mine who one day bumped into me in town when I was driving home from work. He had earlier seen me shopping at a certain Shopping Mall &decided to wait for me just outside the Mall. Funny enough he almost missed me because I came out from a different Exit door but as he was still waiting, by chance he happened to see me driving from the packing area. After exchanging our formalities he quickly requested if I could give him a lift to city centre. I gladly accepted since I was also heading through that way. So we drove off, engaging on heavy conversations about several subjects including politics, current market & sports! It was at this topic when I decided to let him do the talking because we had arrived at the cross roads junction & I could see there were some traffic police few meters ahead directing traffic at the next roads intersection that was ahead of us. I had to concentrate on my driving as I waited for the green light signal. The intersection was leading to a highway that was passing over a bridge. With this in mind, my total concentration was now on the steering wheel knowing that once the green light was on I had to accelerate &move since I noticed that the traffic behind us had accumulated gradually. Within few seconds, the green signal was on and I set the right gear &off the car zoomed. We were busy enjoying the sea breeze that was coming in through the windows which were halfway open then suddenly I noticed some small documents fly out from my friend’s shirts pocket all the way through the window and down all the,papers dropped into the sea. I was perplexed! I looked at my friend, looked ahead at the traffic police who was motioning me to speed up, then looked back at him again! Was I daydreaming? My friend didn’t even attempt to ask me to stop the car, in fact he carried on with the story he was narrating to me! Of course there was no way I could stop the car. We were right in the middle of a bridge and on a highway! Few minutes later I came to learn from my friend that what had flown out from the shirts pocket included some receipts, some substantial amount of cash and a cheque worth $75,000! All gone out of the car window within a blink of an eye! I was in great shock! I looked at him and asked him, “Do you want me to reverse the car..?” knowing very well in any jammed traffic reversing is and will forever be out of question! With a firm tone of voice my friend said, ” Hey Tina, I told you just take me to the hospital, I don’t have time for your questions or should I take a taxi!” I hurriedly and quietly drove him to the hospital without wanting to upset him any further. When we arrived at Aga Khan Hospital, as he was getting out of my car, he explained to me that he had received the cheque from his dad to pay for the release of their aged mother who was admitted at the hospital for three weeks now. The cheque was to clear up the hospital balance that day. As I dropped him off at the hospital gate, I asked my friend what he was going to do now that his money was gone and he briefly answered there was nothing he can do about the cheque and the $75,000 was nothing to him! After he had gone, I drove away with many questions in mind! How could my friend refer to his loss of $75,000 as nothing to him? Was he performing a ritual? Was it a religious sacrifice or just pure accident that he lost all that amount in just a few seconds? 🌾🌾🍃🌾🌾🍃🌾 1.Complaining 2.Stealing 3.Lying 4.Envy.. The list is endless. AS GOD’S CHILDREN LET GO OF “CERTAIN PRACTICES”. Let Sin Fly Out of you! Be Baptized by #Fire !

The, long hugs, body contacts &one thing led to another and that’s how you got your second girl with your principal. Your principal’s wife though she was always presently alert, she couldn’t smartly stop her husband from sleeping with you. Faith is Conceived! Elements of Faith are Hope and Knowledge/Word.

Hope + Knowledge (Understanding and believing The Word of God) = FAITH. !

Just like how a wife after having sexual intercourse with her husband, she conceives and becomes Pregnant, Faith is Conceived!

Flirting does not make the wife pregnant. Neither does Cuddling nor touching. Ever heard of a woman who became pregnant by a mere kiss from her husband? Its unheard of and will never happen. Don’t wait for it ! Sweet words from your husband will never get you pregnant sister, and brother a wink is not enough. Go in there and make your own copy!

Conception of Faith is when you HEAR the WORD of God, RECEIVE the WORD of God, then BELIEVE or ACT as The Word teaches!

Any woman when she conceives , the fact that she has become pregnant is NOT a guarantee she will give birth or reach full term.. Deep inside SHE #HOPES to 1.safely reach full pregnancy term. 2. Safe delivery. 3 safely deliver a healthy child.

Here’s a person who has #kidney stones and disease #Cancer, or #diabetes or #Pressure #or #Fibroids #eye infection , or #ulcers #migraine..YOU HEAR ABOUT GOD’S POWER AND HIS DESIRE TO HEAL YOU, YOU BELIEVE IT AND RECEIVE IT IN YOUR HEART and of course you safely deliver your answer to prayer for HEALING. !!! God’s WORD which is His Seed, JESUS Christ) Will never return to God empty handed IT (HE.. #JESUS #CHRIST ) WILL always ACHIEVE the purpose for which IT (HE ) was intended. Amen.

Any father who has a father’s love for his child would be protective of his seed if his child’s life is in dire danger. Similarly, unless you are a mother, it is hard to describe how “far” a mother will go to save her child! Any mother out of a mother’s heart for her child will #do unimaginable things, #go to unimaginable strengths, #say the unimaginable, if at all it will save her child when she realises the child is in danger! I call it a mother’s heart towards her child! There was this incident which happened that taught me to learn how to choose my battles wisely. Some battles you just step away. There no need to risk in a battle that involves someone else’s child, especially if the parent is single parenting! #Respect_single_parents ! I have this lady friend, who also happens to be one of my most loyal boutique customers! This customer has only one child, a daughter who’s in her teenage. With all the hype that comes with teen age hood plus much attention from her mother, she has grown to a young beautiful woman. But she lacks character or discipline! A fortnight ago, this customer came to my boutique to place a dress order for her daughter who was having a birthday party in a week’s time. By God’s grace, I happened to be present at the shop that day. She was excited to see me and we exchanged formalities then she showed me her desired design of dress. After that we went to my office for a cup of tea. Meanwhile my tailors took the details of her order and started working on the design. Half an hour later, as we were standing outside my boutique, her daughter came smiling, swinging her neck at her mom completely ignoring the fact that I was standing next to her mother! I wasn’t greeted and she didn’t even attempt to notice me. I found this action very rude and decided to ask the young girl about it. Did I even get the chance to voice my concern, no! That’s why I began by stating that what a mother would do to save her daughter if she’s in danger, it’s only God Who knows it! It was like a dramatic series, scenes unfolding one after the other. How her mother noticed that I was not happy with her daughter ignoring me, I never comprehended. Her mother quickly moved to stand between me and her daughter and turned her back towards me shielding her daughter from my face. Few seconds later I don’t know how she did it but her daughter left again and we were left two of us! Turning back to my attention my loyal customer politely told me her daughter had come to place more order! She had come to request her mother that we make three more dress for her! I saw pure lies fly out of her mouth in daylight. Within minutes the three orders were added and fully paid for. As she was leaving, she gave me the birthday invitation urging me not to fail. Of course I declined immediately after seeing her daughter’s attitude towards me. “Please come for my daughter’s sake”. She #EMPHASISED ! Her emphasis is what made me change my mind and I agreed to go! She made me realise that a mother’s love for her daughter is indescribable. Her statement echoed much wisdom in me! I could hear her tell me, 💭Christine, you don’t have to stoop to level of a teenager. Act with wisdom always and react later if you have to! 💭I could hear her echoing me, Christine, if you value me as your loyal customer then basically you will value that which is mine and treat my daughter as your own without judging her! 💭 I could also hear her echoing to me, Christine, you are a known Designer. You’ve encountered many characters in this field of Designing. Surely my daughter’s character is not new to you. Please don’t let her unruly attitude demoralize you. “Please come for my daughter’s sake” over and over these words kept rewinding in my mind. Then I realized, no matter how much I’d loved to have #REBUKED her daughter, my customer friend would have sided with her daughter still. Who knows,maybe it would have turned into something else!

“RECEIVE ME AND YOU’LL BE REJECTED BY THEM” There was a time I was jailed for having committed an international crime. My Visa had expired and the renewal was somehow rejected. This was a crime offense and I was viewed as an illegal immigrant. I was sentenced to a jail term of 40 months imprisonment and it seemed to me like life imprisonment. It was while I was serving my sentence in a foreign country when the imaginable happened! First I salute the people who out of their love for the gospel, go out of their church comfort zone and take the #ministry of good news to #hospitals, #ghetto areas, #schools and even #prison camps. I must say it is not easy to talk to a dying person, or a drug addict, or talk to convicts and share with them the good news of Jesus Christ. I was in my fourth month in jail when I physically met this #preacher for the first time. I had heard of him from my fellow inmates, but I never cared much of it. He’d come twice a week and hold a 30minutes #fellowship service but to me it was like they were worshiping the whole day. There was no one in the camp who didn’t know about this fellowship. The day they held their fellowship, it was all loud singing, loud praying, you’d hear them clapping even if you covered your ears with a pillow. The more this preacher came, the more the crowd increased. So on my fourth month of serving my jail term, this particular day the noise was unbearable and I decided to go and watch them. When I arrived at the gathering, I realized that I was the only one in the entire prison camp who was not invited to the party! I mean it was such a huge crowd full of both prison wardens, corporal officers, few senior sergeant officers and almost all convicts. I must say it was an awesome scene to watch! So I decided to remain until the end of it. Few minute later, the singing stopped and the preacher made an altar call. Again almost the whole crowd wanted to be prayed for and receive this salvation of Jesus Christ. When everyone had moved to the front for prayers the preacher asked everyone to close their eyes. For the first time I made a quick glimpse at who was telling people to close their eyes and to be honest his appearance didn’t impress me. He had this unkempt long beard, and he was not clean shaved. His clothes had so much folding and I could obviously tell that he had not ironed out his clothes. For me he was a put off . Don’t they sell mirrors where this preacher comes from? Why couldn’t he just look at the mirror and groom himself properly. Where was he rushing to that he didn’t have enough time to shave his beard? I am used to seeing leaders of all caliber well groomed but this particular one well, to me he seemingly was not on the right league. I was still weighing him, turning his scale, classifying him, judging his appearance in my thoughts when I heard a voice like someone was addressing me! I looked around. Everyone had their head bowed and eyes closed. I managed to look again at the front and there! My eyes met with his eyes and we were locked! Again I heard it for the second time. ” #Receive Me and you’ll be rejected by them!” What! He was talking to me! By this time I was seeing with both eyes and seeing with my mouth as well. My mouth was wide open out of shock. He then signalled me to move to where he was and what happened next is for another day! As I narrate this narration today, I was released from the prison the following month after that ordeal with the preacher. I will never forget that preacher’s words to this day. “Receive Me and they will reject you!” Jesus #Is The #Way, The #Truth and The #Life. I came to know The Truth and The Truth set me free because I received Him and they rejected or they “vomited me out” of the prison. The gates of prison has no option but to OBEY HIS COMMAND! I judged the preacher that he didn’t deserve the attention of the crowd yet JESUS SAW I DESERVE #MERCY & #GRACE ! Glory to I saw The #Light! #JESUS IS #REAL! (Read John 8:12)

I’ve heard people often say, oh #I_don’t_have_time to go to the supermarket, or I don’t have time to do it today! I don’t have time to study, I don’t have time to wait for it… To be honest, we always have time to do whatever it is that we are supposed to do. Every human has been given 24hrs in a single day! The bible says in Ecclesiastes, {{To everything there is a season, A time for every purpose under HEAVEN}}. There’s TIME for everything! You have time to do what it is you are supposed to be doing or to have done. Don’t allow yourself to be idle, time is actually in your own hands!⌚ Ever asked yourself why we wear wristwatch on our wrist(hand) and not the leg or on the neck? It is up to you to decide what you want to do with your time. Some will waste their time on doing unprofitable things while others use it wisely. By design God made each and every one of us with equal daytime of 24hrs here on earth. Because of His great love towards us God gave us life (time) that we may live and not waste our life (time). We are not to perish while on this earth but be in total obedience to His Word. Don’t ever say you don’t have time! It is possible that you are a full time person owing to the times we are in today, but when you realise you are falling to the “I don’t have time” lying level, then better check out your program. What have you prioritized? Know what should be in first priority, second priority and so on. Then ask yourself, are your priorities in sync with God’s program for you? The devil has lied to many and kept many busy for wrong reason. What you do should be in corresponding with how God ordained it. i.e. do the right thing at the right time. Learn how to manage your time effectively, if NOT just know you’ll be “wasting” your God given time on wrong reasons because The devil knows if you use your time wisely, and utilize it, you will honor God your Father. Again, every human has been given 24hrs in a day!!! There’s no person who has been given more or less hours in a day than the other. We all have 24hrs! Always allocate each hour, each day, each month, each year.. to work for your good. You’ll then realize that you have enough time at hand in your lifetime. Better yet, God our Father Is Willingly to RESTORE to you the time which He gave you and you wasted it! He promises to restored to you all your wasted years(time). God declares, “{I will RESTORE to you the years that the swarming locusts have eaten…} Seek to understand your time wisely, then everything else will work out for your good. Your Time is in your own hands. In Matthew 26: 18 Jesus gives a command to His disciples as they prepare the Passover…{“Go into the city to a certain man and say to him, The Teacher says, “My time is at hand”}.” Jesus understood the importance of utilizing our God given Time! The moment you realise you don’t have time in your hand, beloved that is the excel moment to create some time to be in the Presence Of God! Go on your knees, ask Jesus to show you How To Utilize Your Time. He Is The #Beginning (of time) and The #End (of time). Then your eyes of understanding will receive enlightenment. Even if you are going through difficult times, some of our times just call for our understanding. Trust in Jesus at all times. He is well able to save you!

There was a time I was jailed for having committed an international crime. My Visa had expired and the renewal was somehow rejected. This was a crime offense and I was viewed as an illegal immigrant. I was sentenced to a jail term of 40 months imprisonment and it seemed to me like life imprisonment. It was while I was serving my sentence in a foreign country when the imaginable happened! First I salute the people who out of their love for the gospel, go out of their church comfort zone and take the #ministry of good news to #hospitals, #ghetto areas, #schools and even #prison camps. I must say it is not easy to talk to a dying person, or a drug addict, or talk to convicts and share with them the good news of Jesus Christ. I was in my fourth month in jail when I physically met this #preacher for the first time. I had heard of him from my fellow inmates, but I never cared much of it. He’d come twice a week and hold a 30minutes #fellowship service but to me it was like they were worshiping the whole day. There was no one in the camp who didn’t know about this fellowship. The day they held their fellowship, it was all loud singing, loud praying, you’d hear them clapping even if you covered your ears with a pillow. The more this preacher came, the more the crowd increased. So on my fourth month of serving my jail term, this particular day the noise was unbearable and I decided to go and watch them. When I arrived at the gathering, I realized that I was the only one in the entire prison camp who was not invited to the party! I mean it was such a huge crowd full of both prison wardens, corporal officers, few senior sergeant officers and almost all convicts. I must say it was an awesome scene to watch! So I decided to remain until the end of it. Few minute later, the singing stopped and the preacher made an altar call. Again almost the whole crowd wanted to be prayed for and receive this salvation of Jesus Christ. When everyone had moved to the front for prayers the preacher asked everyone to close their eyes. For the first time I made a quick glimpse at who was telling people to close their eyes and to be honest his appearance didn’t impress me. He had this unkempt long beard, and he was not clean shaved. His clothes had so much folding and I could obviously tell that he had not ironed out his clothes. For me he was a put off . Don’t they sell mirrors where this preacher comes from? Why couldn’t he just look at the mirror and groom himself properly. Where was he rushing to that he didn’t have enough time to shave his beard? I am used to seeing leaders of all caliber well groomed but this particular one well, to me he seemingly was not on the right league. I was still weighing him, turning his scale, classifying him, judging his appearance in my thoughts when I heard a voice like someone was addressing me! I looked around. Everyone had their head bowed and eyes closed. I managed to look again at the front and there! My eyes met with his eyes and we were locked! Again I heard it for the second time. ” #Receive Me and you’ll be rejected by them!” What! He was talking to me! By this time I was seeing with both eyes and seeing with my mouth as well. My mouth was wide open out of shock. He then signalled me to move to where he was and what happened next is for another day! As I narrate this narration today, I was released from the prison the following month after that ordeal with the preacher. I will never forget that preacher’s words to this day. “Receive Me and they will reject you!” Jesus #Is The #Way, The #Truth and The #Life. I came to know The Truth and The Truth set me free because I received Him and they rejected or they “vomited me out” of the prison. The gates of prison has no option but to OBEY HIS COMMAND! I judged the preacher that he didn’t deserve the attention of the crowd yet JESUS SAW I DESERVE #MERCY & #GRACE ! Glory to I saw The #Light! #JESUS IS #REAL! (Read John 8:12)

YOU CAN ACHIEVE 🔭 ANYTHING 🚀 YOU WANT IN LIFE!!!💭💯🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆 Do you #know you can actually achieve anything that you ever want in life? Nothing is beyond your achievement! Take for instance in career fields, maybe you have a mind to excel in #Doctorates fields, truth is if you put your whole mind into it without wavering and you actually show; #DETERMINATION towards it, then you’ll realise that this which appears to be unachievable to your eyes, it is apparently Achievable! Determination will remind you to always “look out” for windows of opportunity and it will give you hope that will urge you to realise your dream. Second… #MOTIVE . Know why you want to achieve that dream. Once you identify a solid reason as to why you want to achieve it, you eventually get basic motivation to pursue. #FOCUS . The thirdly side you need to pay attention to while in pursuit of your dream, is your focusing. Let your full focus be on alert as this will help you not to deter or deviate from pursuing your dream. Focus on achieving your dream rather than focusing on the lack of resources! #COURAGE. Fourth point is your courage. Many people who can be basically termed as having achieved dreams, will unanimously agree that it took them some courage to reach their achievement in life. You need courage to help you pursue your dream because where there’s progression, opposition or discouragement is inevitable. With good courage you can achieve any good thing and overcome the discouragement in your life today. #FAVOUR . Fifth is favor. Some call it #goodluck or good #charms but it’s basically having good #virtue, having #grace in life, or what is referred in spiritual terms as #The-Favour-of-God , (divine favor). Unlike respect which is earned, you gain favor by agreeing to embrace it because it is readily freely available. Once you embrace Favour of God, you will be able to achieve any dream that you have. God Your Creator Will allow His Divine Presence to guide you and guard you. #FAITH . Number six is Faith. Know that you were created. Know that as a created being you have a Divine Creator. God Is our Creator. We were created by God in His Own image. When you walk with the conscious of God’s PRESENCE in your life, and understanding the principles of Who He Is Who created you, then you will know that you were created for a purpose. And that you have divine ability in you to achieve that which is seemingly unachievable. Have faith in you. Don’t listen to negative talk or negative thoughts that try to abort your dream. Instead dwell on the knowledge that GOD your Creator Has and Will accomplish the good thoughts and plans He has for your life. #PERSISTENCE A persistent and strong willed person will always get what they want out of this life. Be persistent! If your first effort if trying to realize your dream seems futile, don’t through in the towel yet. Don’t hurry your dream before it is birthed out of you. Persist and keep drawing towards it and your dream will become a reality. You can achieve anything if you want to. Know that your God has ordained it for you. And as you come to realize your God-ordained purpose in life, you live in hope and have assurance of your unseen dreams! Nothing in life will just happen by chance but remember, you can achieve “any good thing” which you want in your life!
