So that when you are praying, you pray”without ceasing” So that when you are praying and fasting, you pray and fast without ceasing. So that when you are in God’s Ministry, as a minister of God you humbly serve without ceasing. So that when you give your tithes and offering before God, you give your tithes and offertory cheerfully without ceasing. So that when you offer your forgiveness to those who wrong you, you forgive them without ceasing. So that even in your holy matrimonial life you remain faithful to your partner and family without ceasing. Let God Himself give you that Love “WITHOUT CEASING” Amen.

THE GREAT WONDER OF GOD’S LOVE. Have you ever believed God for something and then to your amazement the prayer is answered so instantly, but in a completely different way far from what you expected? Well, it once happened to me and that’s when I realised God’s ways are not our ways and His thoughts are certainly not our thoughts! His ways are higher than our ways and His thoughts much higher than our thoughts! It was one of those lazy Saturday mornings and I was reluctant to leave my bed. I could hear it pouring heavily outside and knew that I’d be spending the better part of that morning indoor. I wanted to extend my beauty sleep for an hour or so but unfortunately I seemed to have developed a very annoying cough and it was hard for me to continue sleeping comfortably. Staying in bed was not helping much either so I decided to get up and try some home remedies for dry cough by swallowing raw egg! Immediately after swallowing the raw egg, I received a phone call from one of my business partners who wanted to inform me he wasn’t going to attend our business meeting later that day. He had coincidentally developed some difficulty in breathing, coughing and high fever and since he was sneezing the hospital management demanded he be admitted in an Isolation room because his medical tests showed he had a highly viral infection that demanded isolation. I felt somehow disturbed by this sad news because our symptoms were apparently similar. We then talked for a while about this strange infection then I assured him that there’s hope and that I’d keep him in prayer. After finishing with the call, I felt I needed to take a very cold shower because my body temperature was so high and I was all sweating despite the fact that it was still raining. Cold shower didn’t help much and if anything my situation was worse. I was dizzy and shaking. My feet were too weak to carry me. I forced myself to crawl to the bedroom and dress into some warm clothes then I go seek help from a friend. Believe me dressing up was suddenly so painful. My body joints could not move or turn. I however managed to finish but the coughing was becoming worse. The raw-egg remedy didn’t appear to work this time. I gathered some little strength in me and started walking towards the door so I could go ask one of my neighbourhood friend to drive me to the nearest health centre since by this time my eyes were becoming dimmer and I realised that I was beginning to lose my breath. My lungs were so painful. I was struggling to move to move towards the door and at the same time gasping for breath. All of a sudden four steps from my bed, I gave in! I fell flat down on my back heating the floor with the back of my head. The fall was so painful that I guess I passed out immediately. I must have fainted for about half an hour because when I gained my consciousness, I saw I was still in my house, laying on the floor, at the very same spot I had fallen, few steps from my bed. Strange enough I realised I was not bleeding anywhere so I tried again to get up but this time my body felt numb. I could not feel my body at all. I was so much confused. Here I was , coughing blood, high fever, chest pains and now my body had suddenly paralyzed? Was I slowly dying? I could almost hear myself ask these and more questions. I decided to scream for help but the only sound that was coming from my mouth was coughs, and more chronic coughs from inside. Everything was not making sense. What was happening to me? I was feeling helpless and a thought came into my spirit to seek a deeper understanding of what this all meant. Luckily enough I had fallen on my back and my face was facing the house ceiling so I literally lifted my eyes to the heavens and resorted to pray in the spirit. I kept on praying in the spirit and nothing seemed to change much..and after praying in that position for close to one hour , that is when I heard the still small voice minister to my spirit!”My ways are not your ways, and My thoughts are certainly not your thoughts. My ways are higher than your ways and My thoughts much higher than your thoughts.”The Holy Spirit was ministering to me because for some unknown reasons my spirit was so peaceful yet my entire body was experiencing great pains. Then slowly but suddenly it began to sober in me. The Lord was healing me! Within seconds the fever and coughing were gone and there were no chest pains. God was showing me His undeserved favor. It is now almost three months since that incident but unfortunately I to later learnt that while The Lord was healing me, on the other hand my business colleague didn’t make it. He passed away the same day when I was receiving my divine healing. Today I understand that God woke me up that Saturday morning, to heal me so that I may encourage you with this for I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come nor heights nor depths nor anything else in all creation will be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. Life can be cruel, it can also choose to be impartial and often times life is so unforgiving! Some of us often find life to be easily tough and very hard, especially if we are busy pleasing everyone else or busy trying to conform to the patterns and fashions of this world.
If this is your case, life will always appear unfortunate to you.
No wonder the apostle Paul urges in the book of Romans 12:1 & 2
“I beseech you therefore brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. And do not be conformed to (the patterns of ) this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.”
True obedience starts in the mind. It’s the everyday steps you take to better up your life that determine how obedient you are.
It is your everyday steps of obedience which are always sourced from your heart precisely when your heart is filled with love.

In other words true obedience is rooted in love.

“Abraham OBEYED when he was called to go out to the place which he would receive as an inheritance. And he went out not knowing where he was going.”
No wonder Jehoshaphat the king of Judah referred to Abraham as a friend of God forever.
His obedience to God was rooted in love because Abraham had Faith in God.

Let us ask ourselves a few rhetorical questions.

How do you present yourself before you step into your God-given day in the morning? With pride or humility?

To whom do you present yourself in the morning? To God or you rush to make money?

When or what time do you present yourself, before you start your day or after?

Do you present yourself before you start your day or not?

Again, the everyday steps you take determine your level of obedience AND IT EQUALLY MATTERS WHO YOU OBEY!~

You can not enjoy living a sinful life then at the same time keep expecting to enjoy God’s divine blessings.
God is not mocked. What you sow is what you reap and the wages of sin is death.
Unless you choose to be obedient to God and OBEY His word only then can you expect to enjoy the gift of God, which is Life.
Purpose to live your life fully obeying God and pleasing Him always and not pleasing people. Let every step you make in your life be a step of Faith in God.
Have Faith in God for without Faith it is impossible to please God.

Dear reader, are you experiencing a situation that seems too hard for you to handle or bare? JESUS Is well able to bring you through it.

He will bring you through it.

Give and it shall be given to you, good measure pressed down, shaken together and running over shall be added to your bossom.

Most of us have heard of the statement that goes “blessed is the hand that giveth than the hand that taketh. Actually the truth is that “It is more blessed to give than to take.”

This incident happened to me a while back and that’s when I realized that Faith can be literally tested. My dear reader, I want to be of great encouragement to you and so I will humbly let you be the judge as to whether I passed or failed my test.

Have you ever taken an exam with such anticipation and enthusiasm only for your results to come back shouting that you have failed?

When I was 26 years old I had the opportunity to grace the halls of School Of Theology and pursue a course in Intercession Ministry.

This was a decision I made after seeking pastoral advice and I knew from that day that I ought to start taking my calling seriously. It was quite an intensive course that needed my absolute commitment. In other words there was no room for any mediocrity. The course was to go for 3 semesters only, after which I would then have to take a one-time practical exam, at the end of my last semester.

I did my course successfully to the glory of God and then it was my time to take my practical exam as was expecting! I was made to understand that I was to be taken to a particular Hospital and pray for total divine healing for a certain patient. The said patient had suffered a stroke some 12years back, and it had interfered with his brain and this made his health to deteriorate by each year.

When I arrived at the hospital I was confident and knew I was going to do exploits. The Word Of God clearly teaches that Those who know their God shall..so great exploits. I knew my God will hear and answer me not only regarding my exam but also completely heal the old man.

The first day I prayed with him for a whole hour and after I assured his family who had come coincidentally come to visit him, that their father was going to be completely healed within a week! After administering my prayer and reading the bible with him, I left knowing that I had done my part and the remaining part was left for God to show up.

The said week passed and I went to check with my patient. To my disappointment, I learnt with sudden shock that my patient whom I had earlier prayed with had passed away the very same night I left the hospital. The family was so grieved and bitter with me that had decided not to inform me about this. I left feeling sad for them. Then I decided to go to my dean’s office and inform the management about my assignee as well as check out my results since they were due on the same day.

As if that day I was meant to endure only sad news, when I arrived at the dean’s office, I was surprised to learn that they were not only aware of the hospital incident but also my results were automatically cancelled and was humbly told that I was not called as an Intercessor.

To say the least this was so heartbreaking. I was sure and confident about my calling. Having received the results, I left for my house to pray about it.

Weeks turned into months and months turned into years and after 2 years I received an unanimous international call from someone whom I later came to learn was related to the late old man whom I had prayed for months back. The caller went on to explain that he was requesting whether I was ready to travel to India and that I go pray for their mother who had surprisingly suffered a stroke also. At first I was reluctant but after much thought and prayer I agreed and left for India.

When I arrived, I went to my assignee’s private wing and when I arrived immediately The Holy Spirit revealed that this was a generational curse.

I there and then knew that this was not just a matter of praying but it needed praying as well as fasting. I asked the family members who were present at the hospital whether they believed in God and realized that none of them was a believer. I prayerfully led all of them into a prayer of repentance.

I later returned home but kept checking on my second assignee as well as advised my newly converted believers to join a local bible preaching church and take water baptism. They gladly obliged to my advice and today as we speak their mother has fully recovered from the store attack she had. It is now over 7years and I am made to understand that she has never taken any medication a week after I left the hospital.

As we speak, she is a business woman as a full time real estate agent and she last I talked with her about a month ago, she was letting me know that there’s a modern house she is working on and supervising and when the construction is fully completed in 2months time she will left me know so I can go and accept my surprise gift of that modern house!

To God be the glory! I never questioned God as to why HE didn’t answer my first prayer and heal the old man but my Faith In God Has grown tremendously since then. I choose to let God be God.

I have come to realize that God resists the proud but gives grace to the humble. I may not have realized but during my first prayer I was leaning towards my theological knowledge and forgot to depends on The Holy Spirit. I was praying from a heart full of pride instead of asking for divine strength. But God Is all knowing, He knew I needed to repent from within before He could use me again.

There once lived a young beautiful girl who feared and revered God in all her youth. Raha was good in all ways , well-mannered, kind, polite and modest. Everyone who knew Raha spoke well of her.

Today I woke up to some very shocking news that reminded me of a dream I had late last year, and which I had almost forgotten about.

I remember very clearly now it was on a Thursday of August 2019, and I had this disturbing dream which I never really understood and neither did I seek to understand much about it. My friend, today’s incident has made me regret why I never paid attention to the Dream.

That particular Thursday I remember I was so tired and I decided to sleep an hour earlier than my usual. I had just relocated from living with my parents in the village to town to start my life afresh, now that I had just graduated.

I remember with all the traveling, when I arrived in my new house, there was a lot unpacking of my belongings, and arranging stuff , so basically I was so much tired and just decided to sleep at around 8pm.

It must have been around 2pm in the night when my dream came. I dreamt that I was in junior school, and we were having an art lesson. My teacher was using my drawings as an example with class to show the rest of the pupils how he wanted the homework done. Then all of a sudden, we heard the bell ringing and we were all asked to swiftly march outside and proceed to the assembly ground. We all proceeded to the assembly ground and when everyone was settled, my very art teacher who was earlier teaching us in class came to address the whole school but no sooner had he started the speech than we heard some noise like the sound of a huge car approaching us. Everyone looked up and we were all terrified and I seemed to be the only one who noticed that it was an aeroplane flying above the assembly ground. It was actually flying at a lower level and to some point I felt like running. Everyone was still gazing up but they all seemed to be looking at something else. I was the only one who was seeing the plane approaching.

The noise of the plane became louder and louder and I almost could not bear the noise. I wanted to cover my ears, but before I could lift my hands, bang! The plane crashed just before my eyes. Funny enough there were no casualties, neither was anyone screaming or crying. In the dream I felt not to be deeply affected by this incident, but the loud bang of the crashing of the plane woke me up.!

My friend, what would you have done having woken up in the middle of the night from such a dream. How would pray about it?

Well, I was very disturbed. At first I didn’t know, should I bind the devil? Should I be cancelling some unknown accidents? I had so many questions about the dream that I found myself binding the devil in prayer and pleading the blood of Jesus over my life. Then because I was so sleepy I managed to pray for just few minutes and continued with my sleep. Little did I know that this was not enough approach at all.

Then , like 40minutes into my sleep again I had a dream. This time it was such a lovely dream that I remember hearing myself laughing in the dream. I dreamt that I had given birth to the most beautiful, adorable healthy baby any mother could ever wish for. Then I was so happy seeing my child all grown up, I remember carrying my child, we cuddled and we started dancing around, we went outside and there was such a huge multitude of people cheering us , me and my baby! We kept dancing and singing and the more the people clapped for us the more happier I was and then I started laughing so loudly and it was the sound of my laughter that woke me up! Lol!

This time when I woke up, I didn’t feel any confusion. I was just at peace. Upon looking at my watch I noticed it was almost 4:30am and decided to finish my sleep. I slept soundly and there were no more dreams that night.

However, Today morning, I just received a very shocking phone call from my sis-in-law to be. As I am writing this I have just been told that my fiancee was involved in a gruesome accident. He was driving to the airport to board a plane since we had agreed that he was coming to join me in a cohabitation agreement.

Mind you dear reader, I was doing this agreement with my late fiancee against my pastor’s advice. I remember the first time I mentioned it to him, he simply asked me to wait and he would get back to me with more counseling about marriage. To him , he felt that I was young for marriage and I needed to approach it with caution. Likewise my mom, was totally against the idea of me getting married to a total stranger. When I mentioned about my fiancee to my parents, my mom was not of the idea, but my dad was like anything that will make my princess happy,is ok! You know the most dads always cover up for their daughters. !

My dear friend, I must mention to you, we met with my fiancee online actually on social media, on a dating app, we fell in love or so I thought and he proposed to me right there online few days later. Of course I agreed! And for your information we had never physically met before. So my relocating to town was in a way meant to create the opportunity for us to finally meet up and leave together as man and wife! Talk of killing two birds.

My friend, everything happens for a reason. Nothing catches God by surprise. In my mind I knew I had hidden my plans from my pastor and from my parents but it is not so with God.

You see, He tells us in the book of Jeremiah, ” For I know the thoughts I have for you, thoughts of peace and not evil. To give you a hope and a future.”

We ought to acknowledge God in all our ways that He may direct our paths.

Had I listened to the advice my pastor was giving me , Today I would have saved myself this heartbreaking I am experiencing as I am writing this post.

You see, God Is looking for OBEDIENCE. OBEDIENCE is better than sacrifice. This whole happening is not a surprise to my God. He’s all FOREKNOWING. The Alpha and Omega. That’s why He was warning me about this incident of today in the dream I had last year.

God saw that I held my dreams of getting married so highly and with great anticipation that it was bound to lead me astray. I was focusing more on the blessings than The Blesser!

And because of the great amazing love He has towards us, God will never fold His arms and watch while we walk through the valley of the shadow of death.

This was what was about to happen to me until I learnt about the sudden departure of my fiancee.

Now, more than ever I know that The Lord Is my Shepherd, and I shall not want….

Today I chose to obey His voice. I chose to listen to His Spirit. Today I know that when God speaks It is done. When He commands it stands!

I may not have obeyed His voice the first time He warned me in my dream but, I KNOW THAT HIS MERCIES ARE NEW EVERY BLESSED MORNING.

God loves me so much that He repeated the His voice in the second dream that I had later that night because His ways are not our ways, and His thoughts are not our thoughts. His ways are higher than our ways and His thoughts are much higher than our thoughts.

I had always wanted to have my way in life but today I know He knows the way. Jesus Is The Way. I chose to put my trust in Him that I may not be put to shame.

Though I may be weeping right now, deep down I know God Is not a man that He should lie. If He warned me about this incident through the first dream of the plane crashing right before my eyes, then The second confirmation is absolute truth.

Joy is coming my way. Great laughter is coming in my morning very soon. I have faith in God.
