TRUE STORY OF A MAN WHO WAS PHYSICALLY UNTAMED YET SPIRITUALLY BOUND.

“Then they came to the other side of the sea, to the country of the Gadarenes.
And when He had come out of the boat, immediately there met Him out of the tombs a man with an unclean spirit, who had his dwelling among the tombs; and no one could bind him, not even with chains, because he had often been bound with shackles and chains. And the chains had been pulled apart by him, and the shackles broken in pieces; neither could anyone tame him…”

Lesson :DON’T TAKE THINGS FOR GRANTED!!!
Don’t fall for any deceitful thought that makes you take things for granted or start embracing any ideas that want you to be living life so callously.
Everything including your own life and the set time of life is bound to change and even subject to change!
(This however doesn’t necessarily mean you take every *little* thing seriously though!)

(THE REVELATION OF THE UNTAMED YET DEMONICALLY -POSSESSED MAN.)

As much as this Gadarenean man who used to live at the tombs site was spiritually bound by an unclean spirit, notice how.. ~no one could bind him, not even with chains, because he had often been bound with shackles and chains. And the chains had been pulled apart by him, and the shackles broken in pieces; neither could anyone tame him!~
*No one could physically bind him despite the fact that he was spiritually bound by an unclean spirit.*

Here’s the grace to encourage!

Despite the fact that everything is subject and bound to change, spiritual bondage is subject and bound to change only if it’s handled correctly, this means spiritual battles should be handled spiritually.

\\ And This Is Where The Power In The Spoken Word Of God Comes In. //

“When he saw Jesus from afar, he ran and worshiped Him. And he cried out with a loud voice and said, “What have I to do with You, Jesus, Son of the Most High God? I implore You by God that You do not torment me.”
For He said to him, “Come out of the man, unclean spirit!” “

*The spiritual change needed by all who are spiritually bound is brought by and only found by the Spoken Word of God, Who is Jesus Christ the Living Son of God.

*Jesus the Living Word of God speaks into every spiritual bondage that seems permanent in the physical eye and the truth remains the same, every life bondage bows to change.

*The obvious reason as to why the local people of this country of Gadarenes embraced the idea of binding the mad man who lived in the tombs site with shackles and chains was not that they expected the chain-binding activity to heal their fellow country man, rather they had conceived the lie that the spiritual condition of the mad man was not subject to change and his madness was not bound to change either!*
These people made one life mistake which most people nowadays tend to take for granted!

-The Gadareneans had reached a point where they took the mad man for granted.
-The Gadareneans had assumed that his madness was not subject to change and this was taken for granted.
-The Gadareneans had taken the life of their fellow country man for granted.
-The Gadareneans had considered the mad man to dying to the point of sending him to live with the dead in the tombs thus taking his life for granted.
– The Gadareneans had condemned their fellow country man so negatively such that he deserved to be living among the dead thus taking the life of one of their own for granted.

LIFE APPLICATIONS:

1. Where your treasure is, there your heart will be also!
The very car that you always pack in your garage and trust it to safely and timely move you from home to your work place and back is always subject to change!
Don’t allow it to dictate when you are supposed to be rejoicing in Lord especially when your car decides to break down the very day when you’re least expecting! Joy is priceless and so is the peace of God which surpasses all human understanding.

2. And you shall remember the LORD your God, for it is He who gives you power to get wealth, that He may establish His covenant which He swore to your fathers, as it is this day.!
Don’t allow your wealth or the lack of it to dictate when you are supposed to be rejoicing in Lord especially when your wealth decides to increase up or decrease down the very day when you’re least expecting!

3. Don’t look for the living among the dead!
“Why do you seek the (power of the) living (God) among the dead (works of human flesh) ?

Notice….. “And when He had come out of the boat, immediately there met Him out of the tombs a man with an unclean spirit,..”
-The man who had the unclean spirit came forth to meet Jesus.
– Jesus Christ Who is The Word of God is always readily available to deliver anyone who is willing from any and every bondage.

Then the Pharisees came out and began to dispute with Him, seeking from Him a sign from heaven, testing Him. But He sighed deeply in His spirit, and said, “Why does this generation seek a sign? Assuredly, I say to you, no sign shall be given to this generation.”
Beware of the Leaven of the Pharisees and Herod.

And He left them, and getting into the boat again, departed to the other side.
Now the disciples had forgotten to take bread, and they did not have more than one loaf with them in the boat.
Then He charged them, saying, “Take heed, beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and the leaven of Herod.”
And they reasoned among themselves, saying, “It is because we have no bread.”
But Jesus, being aware of it, said to them, “Why do you reason because you have no bread? Do you not yet perceive nor understand Is your heart still hardened?
Having eyes, do you not see? And having ears, do you not hear? And do you not remember?
When I broke the five loaves for the five thousand, how many baskets full of fragments did you take up?” They said to Him, “Twelve.”
“Also, when I broke the seven for the four thousand, how many large baskets full of fragments did you take up?” And they said, “Seven.”
So He said to them, “How is it you do not understand?”

7. wrath,
8. malice,
9. blasphemy,
10. filthy language out of your mouth.
11. Lying to one another,
12. The old man with his deeds,

HOW TO PROGRAM YOUR MIND AND THINK RIGHTFULLY !

(Early Wisdom!)
If then you were raised with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ is, sitting at the right hand of God.
Set your mind on things above, not on things on the earth.

This is how you do it ;

1. Put on tender mercies,
2. Put on kindness,
3. Put on humility,

19. Bondservants, obey in all things your masters according to the flesh, not with eyeservice, as men-pleasers, but in sincerity of heart, fearing God.

THE DEVIL WANTS YOU TO FOCUS ON”small things” SO THAT YOU MISS YOUR “BIG BLESSINGS!”

Don’t pay attention to negative discouraging words spoken to you by people who wrongly judge you. As hurting as their words may sound in your heart, the biggest mistake ONE can make in such a scenario is focusing on the hurt!

By choosing to focus on why they gossiped about you, or what they lied to you and about you, or where they spread it against you, you’ll be focusing on “the small thing!”
{Blessed is the man who walks NOT in the counsel of the ungodly, nor stands in the path of sinners, nor sits in the seat of the scornful, but his delight IS in the law of The LORD and in His law he meditated day and night!}
The ungodly can backbite why you tithe yet you’re drowning in poverty. They’ll talk how you’re a Christian believer and still struggling financially.

God Is A faithful Rewarder!
It’s only the ungodly who’ll sell their souls to the devil to live in villas, drive expensive cars and wear the best that money can buy, as long AS THEY DON’T PURSUE HOLINESS!
Dilute all negative meditations by meditating on The Word of God. 

Thinking about those ungodly “friends” who seem to be “ahead of you” is REFUSING TO MEDITATE ON THE LAW OF GOD!REFUSING to obey The LAW Is DISOBEYING GOD!
DISOBEDIENCE to God Is Sin.
The WAGES of Sin is Death!
DEATH will make you MISS YOUR BIG Blessings THAT GOD HAS PROMISED TO YOU!

Negative words, offensive attacks, gossips, lies, rumors, malice, or scornful behavior may come to you from people who know you or even don’t know about you! All “THESE” are fiery darts of The Enemy that are coming through ungodly people directly or indirectly.
Listen!!!

1. Not everybody will LIKE you
2. Not everybody will LISTEN to you
3. Not everybody will UNDERSTAND you
4. Not everybody will KNOW you
5. Not everybody will APPRECIATE you
6. Not everybody will SEE you
7. Not everybody is meant for you..

Again, don’t pay attention to “small things” because you will just end up missing your “BIG BLESSINGS.”

Don’t pay attention to small things… do it at least, if not to obey The Law, then do it for your HEALTH!!

Rather, let the goodness and mercy of God surround you and follow you wherever you are.

Don’t allow fear of the unknown or thoughts of doubts about the Word of God or untamed hatred to keep surrounding you and following you wherever you go ..

I pray even as you understand that the LORD your God is not giving you this “goodness”  to possess because of your righteousness..but rather be and do what is good…do it according to the will of your God.
I pray that you be an encourager of good courage discerning good and evil…and… the LORD your God be with you.

I pray that the goodness of God leads you to repentance, and eternal life.. by (your) patient continuance in doing good seek for glory, honor, and immortality…for there is no partiality with God.

Truly God is good to … such as are pure in heart…it is an evil time. Seek good and not evil, That you may live; So the LORD God of hosts will be with you..
Father God I pray that whatever prayer, whatever supplication is made by anyone who is reading this article right now, or by all Your people online and offline ..when each one knows the plague of his own heart, and spreads out his hands…. worshipping You in Your awesome wonder or in total surrender and in the repentance and brokenness of their hearts ..then hear in heaven Your dwelling place, and forgive, and act, and give to everyone of these brothers and sisters gathered here ..according to all his ways, whose heart You know (for You alone know the hearts of all the sons of men) that they may fear You all the days that they live..

What a wonderful day it is!

Declare it is well with you wherever you are, be it Europe, US, South Africa, China, Philippines ,  Bahrain etc.
Truly this is another glorious day filled with hope and love and a day to expect the heavens to release answers to your prayer!

Today is the day that we be expecting the answers to our prayers to be made manifest with much anticipated  blessings even as we prepare to share our blessings with others.

What a beautiful day the Lord Has made.
What a great day indeed.
All who are sick and ailing, rise up and declare that you are healed in Jesus
!

Today just believe and walk by this faith that God is working all things together for your good .
It doesn’t matter whether things look scary or complicated or whether everything seems to work against you…child of God, hope has come back!

Choose to focus on what God Is doing for you.
Give Him the opportunity to liberate your life so that you can always worship God.
The just shall live by faith!

WHO IS GLORIFIED IN YOUR LIFE?
WHAT IS LIFTED UP AND EXALTED HIGH IN YOUR HOME?

God Is faithful and He is ready to use you right now to share the Good News of Jesus Christ.
God knows it all and He knows how to.

1. See, someone out there, who could be a close friend of yours, or another could be a family member, and better yet maybe you get into a good encounter with a complete stranger whom God has strategically brought to your life and set on your path so that you to tell them about Jesus, and do you talk to them about Jesus and tell them about the kingdom of God?

(There was a man of the Pharisees named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews.
This man came to Jesus by night and said to Him, “Rabbi, we know that You are a teacher come from God; for no one can do these signs that You do unless God is with him.”
Jesus answered and said to him, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.”
Nicodemus said to Him, “How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter a second time into his mother’s womb and be born?”
Jesus answered, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God.
That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.)

2. The many friends and relatives who always come visiting your house, once their visitation ends or before they set refuge and decide to live in your house, do you remember to talk to them about Jesus and tell them about the kingdom of God?

3. When people marvel at what God is doing in your life and the evident victories that God has brought you through, people marvel at how you were healed, others stand in awe of how you were delivered from sin and bondage, do you talk to them about Jesus and tell them about the kingdom of God?

——And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of Man be lifted up,
that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life.
For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.
For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.
“He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
And this is the condemnation, that the light has come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.
For everyone practicing evil hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his deeds should be exposed.
But he who does the truth comes to the light, that his deeds may be clearly seen, that they have been done in God.”

Talk to others about Jesus and let them know more about the kingdom of God.
