“..These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.”

In the world you will have tribulations, (meaning that the World gives “birth” to tribulations and tribulations and problems of life exists and problems happen to anyone as long as that person is alive living in the world..) but be of good cheer ..( in that though tribulations may bring sadness and drain every reason for you to remain joyful and happy..it is of great importance that while going through trials and tribulations of the world, you find a way to maintain and keep your God given peace, you keep your joy and you remain strong, courageous and focused).. Christ has overcome the world..( meaning that other than the person of Christ Jesus and in the person of Christ Jesus there’s no other human and there’s no other known way to overcome the tribulations that the World births. Jesus Christ has tasted every tribulation that the world “births” and has overcome to the point of being Master over the World ..so the best way of manoeuvring through trials and tribulations that the World births and at the same time maintaining the Peace of God, the only kind of peace found in Jesus Christ is to remain in Christ and to remain with Christ….by remaining in His Word..the Word that Jesus speaks to you as you read His Word.)

But the prince of the kingdom of Persia withstood me twenty-one days; and behold, Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me, for I had been left alone there with the kings of Persia.
Now I have come to make you understand what will happen to your people in the latter days, for the vision refers to many days yet to come…”
And he said, “O man greatly beloved, fear not! Peace be to you; be strong, yes, be strong!” So when he spoke to me I was strengthened, and said, “Let my lord speak, for you have strengthened me.”
Then he said, “Do you know why I have come to you? And now I must return to fight with the prince of Persia; and when I have gone forth, indeed the prince of Greece will come..”

LESSONS TO LEARN:
1. God hears and understands the intents of our heart. (Remember that the Angel said to Daniel that he-Angel came because of Daniel’s words)

2. Good understanding comes from God. Wisdom comes from God. Ask of it.

3. When you seek God’s intervention, always ensure that fear is absent!

4. The weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God… always pray with assurance of victory… this is the confidence we have in Him, that when we pray according to His will, He hears us, and if He hears us then we have the petition that we have asked of ..

DO YOU WANT TO HAVE ABUNDANCE AND PROSPER IN LIFE?

(HOW TO LISTEN TO GOD AND FIND WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR.)


1.  God desires all His children to live in life of complete abundance and total obedience to His Word.

(See Isaiah 55:2)
….”Why do you spend money for what is not bread, And your wages for what does not satisfy? Listen carefully to Me, and eat what is good, And let your soul delight itself in abundance..”


2. Why does God call us to a life of complete abundance?

God Is pleased in the prosperity of His servant. He is glorified in our prosperity.
(See Isaiah 55:5)
….”Surely you shall call a nation you do not know, And nations who do not know you shall run to you, Because of the LORD your God, And the Holy One of Israel; 
For He has glorified you.”


3.  God wants us to realize that true abundance of life is found in Him and nowhere else.
(See Isaiah 55:6)
“….Seek the LORD while He may be found, Call upon Him while He is near.
Let the wicked forsake his way, And the unrighteous man his thoughts; Let him return to the LORD, And He will have mercy on him; And to our God, For He will abundantly pardon..”


4.  So, how can one achieve this true abundance of life that God is calling us into?
How do christian believers find abundance of life full of prosperity?

A renewed mind is what any christian believer requires to have true abundance of life.
Your thought-line has to be renewed and be aligned with the Word of God.
Get rid of sin in your heart (mind).
You are above.. and not beneath.

(See Isaiah 55:7-9)
Let the wicked forsake his way, And the unrighteous man his thoughts; Let him return to the LORD, And He will have mercy on him; And to our God, For He will abundantly pardon.
“For My thoughts are not your thoughts, Nor are your ways My ways,” says the LORD.
 “For as the heavens are higher than the earth, So are My ways higher than your ways, And My thoughts than your thoughts. (God wants us to have thoughts of victory… victory even over sin..rather than thoughts of defeat..or complying with sin..)


5. Is it possible to live in abundance in today’s world?
Is God trustworthy enough to keep His Word?
 What are some of the benefits of choosing to live in abundance as per God’s plan?

-God is faithful to keep His Word!
-God is faithful to reward all obedience to His Word!
-His Word is a lamp to our feet and a light to our path ….to lead us to true abundance and true satisfaction of life!

..For [las the rain comes down, and the snow from heaven, And do not return there, But water the earth, And make it bring forth and bud, That it may give seed to the sower And bread to the eater,
So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; It shall not return to Me void, But it shall accomplish what I please, And it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.

“For you shall go out with joy, And be led out with peace; The mountains and the hills Shall break forth into singing before you, And all the trees of the field shall clap their hands.

Instead of the thorn shall come up the cypress tree, And instead of the brier shall come up the myrtle tree; And it shall be to the LORD for a name, For an everlasting sign that shall not be cut off.”

(Carefully read the Scripture below, believe it and receive the cleansing Word that Jesus was teaching.)

“I am the true vine, and My Father is the vinedresser.
Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit He takes away; and every branch that bears fruit He prunes, that it may bear more fruit.
You are already clean because of the word which I have spoken to you.

Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in Me.

“I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing.

If anyone does not abide in Me, he is cast out as a branch and is withered; and they gather them and throw them into the fire, and they are burned.

If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you.

By this My Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit; so you will be My disciples.

“As the Father loved Me, I also have loved you; abide in My love. If you keep My commandments, you will abide in My love, just as I have kept My Father’s commandments and abide in His love.

“These things I have spoken to you, that My joy may remain in you, and that your joy may be full.

This is My commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you.

Greater love has no one than this, than to lay down one’s life for his friends.
You are My friends if you do whatever I command you.

No longer do I call you servants, for a servant does not know what his master is doing; but I have called you friends, for all things that I heard from My Father I have made known to you.

You did not choose Me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain, that whatever you ask the Father in My name He may give you. These things I command you, that you love one another.

“If the world hates you, you know that it hated Me before it hated you.

If you were of the world, the world would love its own. Yet because you are not of the world, but I chose you out of the world, therefore the world hates you.

Remember the word that I said to you, ‘A servant is not greater than his master.’ If they persecuted Me, they will also persecute you. If they kept My word, they will keep yours also.


But all these things they will do to you for My name’s sake, because they do not know Him who sent Me.

If I had not come and spoken to them, they would have no sin, but now they have no excuse for their sin.
He who hates Me hates My Father also.

If I had not done among them the works which no one else did, they would have no sin; but now they have seen and also hated both Me and My Father.

But this happened that the word might be fulfilled which is written in their law, ‘They hated Me without a cause.’

“But when the Helper comes, whom I shall send to you from the Father, the Spirit of truth who proceeds from the Father, He will testify of Me.

And you also will bear witness, because you have been with Me from the beginning.”

WHAT A TOUCHING PRAYER THAT JESUS PRAYED!!

THIS IS A VERY POWERFUL PRAYER!!!
(MEDITATE ON THIS.)

JESUS SPOKE THESE WORDS, LIFTED UP HIS EYES TO HEAVEN, AND SAID:

“Father, the hour has come. Glorify Your Son, that Your Son also may glorify You,
as You have given Him authority over all flesh, that He should give eternal life to as many as You have given Him.
And this is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent.
I have glorified You on the earth. I have finished the work which You have given Me to do.
And now, O Father, glorify Me together with Yourself, with the glory which I had with You before the world was.
“I have manifested Your name to the men whom You have given Me out of the world. They were Yours, You gave them to Me, and they have kept Your word.
Now they have known that all things which You have given Me are from You.
For I have given to them the word which You have given Me; and they have received them, and have known surely that I came forth from You; and they have believed that You sent Me.
“I pray for them. I do not pray for the world but for those whom You have given Me, for they are Yours.
And all Mine are Yours, and Yours are Mine, and I am glorified in them.

“I do not pray for these alone, but also for those who will believe in Me through their word; that they all may be one, as You, Father, are in Me, and I in You; that they also may be one in Us, that the world may believe that You sent Me.
And the glory which You gave Me I have given them, that they may be one just as We are one:
I in them, and You in Me; that they may be made perfect in one, and that the world may know that You have sent Me, and have loved them as You have loved Me.
“Father, I desire that they also whom You gave Me may be with Me where I am, that they may behold My glory which You have given Me; for You loved Me before the foundation of the world.
O righteous Father! The world has not known You, but I have known You; and these have known that You sent Me.
And I have declared to them Your name, and will declare it, that the love with which You loved Me may be in them, and I in them.”

GOOD ADVICE GREAT LIFE TODAY: Know your face.

The human face is a powerful and crucial body organ. It helps in the general categorical identification of one human from another human.

Every human face has some sort of specific facial outlining which make every human face to be uniquely different from another human face, this being so presumably for identity purposes.

Even though the human face is a body organ that can be seen and is not a hidden body organ compared to other private body organs, the human face has the ability and power to reveal every hidden condition of the human heart and human mind which are considered to be the central power organs of the entire human body even within the shortest given period of time.

However, when the human face is mastered well and mastered properly, though the human face will always reveal even the present conditions of the human heart and the human mind, the heart and mind conditions that will always be revealed on any mastered human face will be positive expressions!

So today, Good Advice calls you to know these 3 things:

√ Know your own face always.

√ Always remember to check if your smile is intact before anything else.

√ Learn to always have a happy face for a great life. (Put on a happy face.)

#Smile.

Imagine you’ll be surprised to realize that,  that which you are faced with or the trouble that’s facing you to the point it is making you sad, forcing you to make faces all over, that which is giving you a gloomy weather face, or a frown and mourn face always, you’ll be surprised that probably Satan has nothing to do with it! Just probably!
So, it’s good once in a while to just pose, relax and be happy!

YOU HAVE A RESPONSIBILITY!

….a deceiver’s mouth must be stopped!

There’s one thing that you can do to stop a deceiver’s mouth. Teach them truth all day!~

So how do you teach a deceiver’s mouth to speak truth always!

“Life has rules… you and I…. we all have responsibilities.”

Don’t give your time to a deceiver’s mouth.
Don’t listen to a deceiver’s mouth.

Don’t team up with a deceiver’s mouth.
Don’t even play any mind games with a deceiver’s mouth.

This can only be fixed first if you as a christian believer find TRUTH in your own heart through complete obedience to the Word of God.
The strength of Truth  and a truth-full mouth is found in Jesus Christ!
How much TRUTH are you speaking beloved!
How much TRUTH about Jesus are you sharing as a child of God!

You already know the Truth, ….it’s time to allow the TRUTH to set others free through you!

SIN IS UGLY!

“… yaani dhambi ni mauti.”

{DHAMBI NI UGONJWA MBAYA SANA.} Sin is ugly!

There is no beauty in sin. Sin has no category and it has no shape no size yet it has its origin. Through one man sin entered the world, and death through sin, and thus death spread to all men, because all sinned—


Every sin is ugly because it is man made. That’s why in old testament sin was always paid with a shameful death. Sin entered the world through one man Adam then man made laws turned them into man made religion in a failed attempt to reconcile with God but gratefully that paved way for God’s amazing plan for man’s redemption in that God realised that man is in need of redemption and salvation ( remember how Adam sought to cover himself with leaves when he heard God coming…)

..they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together and made themselves coverings.

COMMENT HERE

And they heard the sound of the LORD God walking in the garden in the cool of the day, and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the LORD God among the trees of the garden.

The law entered that the offense might abound. But where sin abounded, grace abounded much more, so that as sin reigned in death, even so grace might reign through righteousness to eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Sin can not be measured.
It’s wages is always the same. The wages of sin is death .. regardless of what sin one has committed, if the individual refuses to accept the God’s humble call that… if we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

Sin can not be categorised…
such that one will say “my sin is a tiny one God will understand my weakness..”
God is light and in Him is no darkness at all. If we say that we have fellowship with Him, and walk in darkness, we lie and do not practice the truth.
But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin. If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.

God loves righteousness and hates wickedness; God hates sin.
Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world—the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life—is not of the Father but is of the world. And the world is passing away, and the lust of it; but he who does the will of God abides forever.

Every sin is pardonable. In the old testament, God made provisions for the atonement of sin commanding “..you shall offer a bull every day as a sin offering for atonement. You shall cleanse the altar when you make atonement for it, and you shall anoint it to sanctify it.”

You don’t have to kill to be forgiven of your sin. Today, daily atonement is expected of every child of God.
Therefore we also, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easily ensnares us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.

If anyone sins, we have an Advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous.
And He Himself is the propitiation for our sins, and not for ours only but also for the whole world…Whoever keeps His word, truly the love of God is perfected in him. By this we know that we are in Him. He who says he abides in Him ought himself also to walk just as He walked.

Our prayer for you today is you.. behold The Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world!

💕WHAT IS IN MESSAGE OF THE CROSS OF JESUS CHRIST?🚸

🌟The Cross of Jesus Christ Is the saving message of God’s plan to save the perishing mankind!

Have you ever wondered why the preaching of the cross of Jesus appears like a stumbling block for the sinners, and at times the message of the cross of Jesus is the very piercing truth to the marrow, and even at times the message of the cross of Jesus Christ is very accurate in healing every sickness and every wound and at times the message of the cross is a bloody message that brings deliverance!

..the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God.

The “perishing” people regard the message of the cross as foolishness when

they mock the message of the cross of Jesus,

when they scorn the message of the cross,

whenever they dislike it being preached, or

when they undervalue the power of message of the cross, and

some even revile the message of the cross in their community,

rejecting and outwardly neglecting the message of the cross of Jesus.

The perishing people do so about the message of the cross because

1.they literally did not understand the message that King Pilate wrote ON the cross..Pilate wrote a title and put it on the cross. And the writing was: JESUS OF NAZARETH, THE KING OF THE JEWS.

One can’t help but wonder what #revelation Pilate had about Jesus to have come up with that title and having it written on the cross of Jesus.

(The perishing people literally never remained behind long enough at the cross to see and understand the full manifestation of the cross of Jesus.)

2. they never understood what Jesus meant when He proclaimed “it is finished”

…when Jesus had received the sour wine, He said, “It is finished!” And bowing His head, He gave up His spirit. (John 19:30)

3. they literally never understood that the message of the cross of Jesus is the message of “crossing 🚸” over from the sinful nature of the flesh to be being filled with The Holy Ghost that Jesus gave at the cross thus walking in the Spirit.

Remember story of Jacob when he was was fleeing from his father in law Laban (Syrian)..Jacob stole away, unknown to Laban the Syrian, in that he did not tell him that he intended to flee. So he fled with all that he had. He arose and *crossed the river* and headed toward the mountains of Gilead.

Picture Jacob crossing the river with all his livestock and all his possession..it was definitely not an easy task to cross the river and probably Jacob had no option mostly because Jacob’s time to return to “his father’s land” had arrived.

He had to cross from the land of his father in law Laban the Syrian back to his father’s land according to God’s plan.

The Cross is God’s plan to save mankind!

THE MESSAGE OF THE CROSS is … to be continued!

HOW TO BUILD A POWERFUL ATTITUDE! ✓

1. Create ample time to meditate especially meditating on the WORD of God. Never underestimate the power in meditating upon the Word of God because through it you’ll be able to reflect and assimilate on the much you have learned from your reading of the Bible.

Meditating upon the Word of God will also allow the effective living Word of God to become alive in your own life whenever The Holy Spirit brings The Word to your remembrance.

2. Create quality time and go for good holiday vacation in good company and go for general traveling alone or with others.

Never underestimate the power in a good family vacation time and a long travel group trip away from the norm because through it you’ll be able to basically enjoy and digest what you have earned.

Plan to travel outside of your normal localities once in a while even if you have to go learn something new and learn different ways of how similar things are done by other communities.

3. Create quality ample time and go evangelize, go for fellowship and go encourage the few, the lost , the heartbroken, the hopeless, the weary, the bound.

Evangelism is not just a limited pew edition meant only for the ecclesiastical dignitaries. Bring the pews along with you and prayerfully remember that The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon you, because the LORD has anointed you to preach good tidings to the poor; He has sent you to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to those who are bound; to proclaim the acceptable year of the LORD, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all who mourn, to console those who mourn in Zion, to give them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they may be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the LORD, that He may be glorified.

Never underestimate the power in #evangelism because you receive divine power even as you evangelize, even as you encourage others and there’s emancipated great divine power received in good healthy fellowship of other christian believers and other christian brethrens.

Jesus said, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”

Summary of how to build a powerful attitude is to simply BUILD A POWERFUL ATTITUDE AROUND JESUS.

JESUS CANNOT BE BOUGHT FROM ANTIQUE STORES!!

Christ the Power and Wisdom of God.

“In understanding the knowledge of God there are hidden treasures of wisdom and knowledge!”

Are you one of those people who view Jesus as some divine luggage for display?

Are you one of those who buy pictures of jesus for your interior decor designs or even put him as your house wall hangings?

Did you buy your jesus from the antique store?

Are you one of those people who hang a portion of jesus in your car’s rear view mirror to act as a good charm angel for you while you’re driving?

If you are one of those people who bought your jesus from the antique store and you have him on your wall decor, you put him as your house hangings and your have a display of him in your counter stores, find it in your faith and remove Jesus from those counters.

Remove Jesus from your counters. Reject every false deities and all dead gods in your life.

False knowledge of the True Living God planges you into sinful association and leads your life to the wrong eternity. We know that whoever is born of God does not sin; but he who has been born of God keeps himself, and the wicked one does not touch him.

Don’t be mistaken, not knowing the Scriptures nor the power of God is pride and God resists the proud but gives grace to the humble. Draw near to God and He will draw near to you.

HERE’S THE LIVING TRUTH

Jesus Christ Is not some divine statue or divine luggage.

Jesus Christ Is not an old ancient and historical item perceived of beneficial monetary value.

Jesus Christ Is not a vintage collection item for artistic talent display.

Jesus Christ Is not believed to have only existed during a limited time era, or previous decades of generations of millions of times gone.

If you truly want to know the True God preach the gospel, not with wisdom of words, lest the cross of Christ should be made of no effect.

For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God. Preach Jesus as the Christ, Son of God, Lord of all.

The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.

Whenever you want to successfully achieve a desired ambition or purposely attain certain goals in life or reach a certain level of accomplishment and finally bring out the reality or fruition of your dream, it is always advisable to PLAN ahead of it. Always plan properly and plan purposefully.

-PARENTING calls for planning
-MARRIAGE calls for planning
-LIVING calls for planning

“Let your life goals have a clear plan, where you are coming from and where you are heading to, just like water pouring down from a cup/glass”

*Every good plan calls for prior ASSESSMENTS or EVALUATIONS, and correctly DETERMINING the outcome before embarking on to the stage of application, or the stage of execution, or the enactment stage, or the final implementation.

In the creation story, Genesis 1 “In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. The earth was without form, and void; and darkness was on the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters.”

-God started creation from beginning, any good plan must have a beginning!
-The Spirit of God was *hovering over the face of the waters ..” assessing the outcome, and seeing the end result before starting the creation.

All throughout the creation story, God determines the end result before setting everything in motion.
“Then God said, “Let there be light”; and there was light. And God saw the light, that it was good; and God divided the light from the darkness..”

“..And God called the dry land Earth, and the gathering together of the waters He called Seas. And God saw that it was good.”

  1. CREATION PLAN:

In God’s CREATION PLAN, we read of The Holy Spirit hovering over the waters maybe to assess and evaluate everything first.
Then we read more of God determining the end result as GOOD after every stage of His Creation plan.

  1. SALVATION PLAN:

God planned for a virgin birth of the coming Messiah and at the cross of our Savior, we read how Jesus Christ determined the final outcome of God’s Plan for SALVATION as finished plan meaning that God’s plan for SALVATION had finally undergone the necessary stages of achieving His divine plan of SALVATION.
John 19:30.. So when Jesus had received the sour wine, He said, “It is finished!” And bowing His head, He gave up His spirit.

🔥 Having good great plans in your life simply means you were created with great plans initially as per GOD’S CREATION PLAN.
This doesn’t mean you will not encounter obstacles, hurdles, or hindrances, obstructions, barriers, difficulties. All these come to push you towards achieving your goal not push you farther away from your goals.
Plan ahead on how to overcome or jump over and get through every inevitable hurdle standing in the wake of realizing your dreams.

🔥 Having good and great plans in your life requires strength from God. Great capacities require great sustenance! The greatest and only sustenance available in life is Divine sustenance of God.
“For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope. Then you will call upon Me and go and pray to Me, and I will listen to you. And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart. I will be found by you, says the LORD, and I will bring you back from your captivity; I will gather you from all the nations and from all the places where I have driven you, says the LORD, and I will bring you to the place from which I cause you to be carried away captive.”
You need to allow a God to reign in your life and sustain you from evil plans.

🔥Having good and great plans in your life calls for wholly embracing God’s divine SALVATION PLAN meaning you need to receive and accept Jesus as Lord and Savior of your life.
“..“Lord, we do not know where You are going, and how can we know the way?” Jesus said.., “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.”

“THERE’S HOPE..YOUR FATHER ..SEES IN SECRET..”

It was beginning to pour heavily and crowds were already dispersing. Everyone was rushing to find any near shelter that was available to hide from the heavy rainfall!

Everyone except the bride and the groom! All the guests were in such a hurry to shelter from the rain or so it seemed. No one was remembering that despite the rains there was a wedding ceremony that was taking place!

The reaction of his guests however did not catch the newly weds by surprise.
The estrangement that people were beginning to pour towards Levis was undeniably obvious. Just the other day he was a widower and it is the very same people who came to offer him their sincere condolences that mostly were in attendance at the wedding on that day and their reasons for coming were so obvious. Few were actually here to celebrate with Levis his sudden life commitment!

Majority of the people who were in attendance at the wedding had come to confirm the fast spreading rumours about his wife’s death. Apparently, it was flying around that his late wife’s death was not an accident as reported. Something crucial seemed to be missing to solve the puzzling death of Mackey.

Was it actually an accident as reported by Levis and his family or Mackey was indeed murdered?
To begin with, Levis and Mackey were one happily married couple which could be best described as a match made in heaven..

“Take heed that you do not do your charitable deeds before men, to be seen by them. Otherwise you have no reward from your Father in heaven…But when you do a charitable deed, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing, that your charitable deed may be in secret; and your Father Who sees in secret will Himself reward you openly.” Lessons derived from Matthew 6:1-4 are quite many and diverse and one of those lessons is persistence in #faithfulness .
Persistence by itself is not bad especially when used for the right reasons and right intention. In the Old Testament we read more of the kings who were persistent in wrong reasons and had wrong intention which ultimately led the nation of Israel to sin before their God. These kings were persistent in the sins of their fathers who had reigned before them.
On the other hand when persistence is out for all the right reasons, breakthroughs are inevitable.

Reading Matthew 6:1-4, Jesus simply points out that we ought to remember the prior factor that God CREATED human beings with two hands for a reason. (Highly likely is that God’s desired will for every human being is to operate with both hands.)

…when you do a charitable deed, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing…meaning

  1. Your left hand is supposed to be busy doing something constructive while
    on the other hand
  2. Your right hand is supposed to be busy doing something constructive as well.

Be persistent in faithfulness and persistent in your ACTS OF MERCY.

If both of your hands are busy doing something constructive, neither of your hands will have time to find out what the other hand is doing because both hands are working simultaneously towards accomplishment of the desired goals of the owner of these two hands.

The other thing to factor in is that JESUS is clear to point out that these charitable deeds are (meant) to be done before men…plural of man!
When you set to fulfill the humble call of MERCIFUL ACTS to help out men (people) , you’ll realize that the calling is so overwhelming that you simply can’t afford to sit down and brag about your act or start blowing up your trumpet on how many friends you’ve helped #today how many strangers you’ll feed #tomorrow !

When you set out to do something to #help others especially when you’re not expecting them to pay back, or they are not in position to repay you, then once the first project on your left side is done, turn to your right side and find out who else needs your help and do the same.

God CREATED you with two hands (literally speaking ,) that when you are busy working with your one hand, you use the other (extra hand ) to reach out to your neighbor who is in #genuine need of help, or reach out to the needy in the #society and less fortunate with your other hand!

Meanwhile back to our narrative, people were yet to come to terms with the rude reality that Mackey was no more. Exactly a week after her burial here was her husband remarrying..!
What really happened to poor Mackey is a whole chapter filled with encouragement and hope for the broken heartened, and a chapter that is to continue shortly…(stay blessed!)
